On the Ways to the Development of the Distinct Features of a Higher Education Institution and the Roles the Party Organization Plays in this Process

The development of the distincl features is an urgent need for a university in enhancing its competitive strength, serving regional technology and social development and adapting itself to the modern international trend. In this process, the party organization plays an important role. The development of the features can be accelerated by establishing the forward-looking ideas, carrying forward the spirit of refrain and innovation and integrating the three functions of a higher education institutinn.
