大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂周期性研究

摘    要:由于材料易得、染色体数少(2n=16)、易于观察,大蒜常用于有丝分裂制片及观察。通过实验教学过程中的不断探索,发现只要选择最佳的采根时间,如8时至14时(凌晨2时大蒜根尖的有丝分裂也较旺盛),尤其是上午8时至10时,就能获得大量的有丝分裂中后期分裂相细胞。从而省去了用秋水仙素等试剂处理大蒜根尖的步骤,降低了实验费用,缩短了操作时间。

Abstract:Because getting the materials is easy and chromosomes is easy to be observed and numbered, Allium Sativum is usually used in standard preparation and observation of mitosis. Through the search in the experimental teaching process, the author finds that many metaphase and anaphase cells can be obtained if the best time is chosen to gain root tip. The best mitosis pinnacle time is between 8 o'clock to 14 o'clock . Allium Sativum root tips don' t need reaction with colchicines especially at between 8 o'lock a.m. and 10 oc'lock a. m. , so the experimental expense is reduced and the operating time is shortened.
