全球化与当代政治文化社会化

经济全球化的加速过程必然伴随着政治文化社会化。为实现资本统治世界的"合法化",以西方发达国家为主导的经济全球化必然伴随着其主导意识形态--新自由主义向全球范围的渗透和扩张,这一过程即是其主导政治文化社会化的过程。它对全球化语境下政治文化的演变起到加速传播、交流、冲突、融合作用。当代政治文化社会化具有跨越国界、建立全球媒体网络、话语圈套、全球贸易的文化"配售"、消费文化、当代政治教育等特征,但是,它并不能实现自由民主的"崇高使命",更不能阻碍全球多元文化的发展。

The Globalization and Contemporary Socialization of Political Culture

The accelerating process of economic globalization must be accompanied with the socialization of political culture. The economic globalization m which Western developed counties play a leading role must be accompanied with the extending and permeating of their ideology, New Liberalism, in the world, which is the process of the socialization of political culture led by Western developed counties. It has played a role of accelerating its spread, exchange, conflict and mixture in the evolution of political culture under the linguistic context of globalization. Striding across national boundaries, global media network, language trap, culture exporting with trade and the consuming culture are the features of the contemporary socialization of political culture. But the contemporary socialization of political culture can't realize the "lofty mission" of freedom and democracy, not to mention block the multiple development of different cultures in the world.
