| 摘 要： | 转型时期,社会处在分化与整合过程中,各种矛盾日益凸现。作为社会整合机制的重要一环,律师在平衡和化解社会矛盾中起着不可替代的作用。律师业是社会变迁的产物,同时也因社会的变迁而变迁。中国律师业的结构变迁是一个动态的发展过程。随着法律法规的健全和完善,将进一步推动中国律师业社会结构的调整,促进法律服务市场健康有序地发展。
