试论楚国的廉政建设

春秋战国时期,楚国在师法华夏的基础上,参酌本国国情,探索出了一条特殊的廉政建设之路,对楚的崛起发挥了重要作用。从系统论的角度观察,楚国的廉政建设是一个全方位、多层次的系统工程,思想道德教育、监督制约制度和奖廉惩贪机制是其中三个重要的子系统,它们互相配合、互相强化,有力地抑制了腐败,促进了吏治的清廉。

Clean governance construction in the state of Chu

In the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Periods,the state of Chu has found out a unique approach to clean governance construction following the model of the states in central China and on the basis of its own national conditions,which has played a key role in its rise.Seen from the perspective of system theory,the construction of clean governance in the state of Chu is all-embracing,multi-layered,and systematic,which involves three important subsystems of model education,supervision and constraint,rewards and punishment.The three subsystems coordinate well with each other,having combated corruption and guaranteed clean government.
