摘    要:学习发达国家大学教育成功的经验,将是我国大学教育国际化长期的主要内容。站在全球化的立场上,大学教育国际化是一种有待我们去实现的理念;站在大学发展的立场,大学教育国际化是社会发展的一种趋势。同时,我们还可以从实现大学教育国际化的途径、形式以及把大学教育国际化看作是一个国家一个区域为适应全球化、一体化所采取的一种策略或战略行为来对大学国际化作出不同的理解。我国大学发展所呈现出来的“边缘化”特征还将长期存在。历史上我国大学选取的是一种依附式发展路径,现实中我国大学国际化策略也面临着单向度和单一性问题。吸取历史上大学教育国际化的经验和教训,正视现实中大学教育国际化的困境,走本土化的国际化道路应是我们的理智选择。

Abstract:We should draw on the successful experience of developed countries in the internationalization of China' s higher education. From the perspective of globalization, internationalization of higher education is an ideal which should be realized ; from the perspective of the development of institutions of higher learning, it is the trend in social development. We can also interpret it from other angles. For example, we can look at it from the ways and the forms of internationalization of higher education and regard it as a strategy adopted by a country in the process of its globalization and unification. However, marginalization of China' s higher education will remain for a long time. What was adopted by Chinese colleges and universities was a dependent way of development. At present, one-dimension and singleness are still the problem with the strategy of the internationalization of China' s higher education. What we should do is to extract experience and draw lessons from the past, face the difficulty in the internationalization and stick to localized internationalization.
