摘    要:"三钱忧问"实质上是对我国高等教育创新人才培养不足的担忧。当前,我国高等教育改革要顺应新形势、新要求,回应社会关切和大师"忧问",把握创新人才培养的时代焦点,以高校学术生态环境建设为突破口,形成"教育家办学"、"学术权力主导"及"唯才见举"的体制机制环境,促进杰出人才成长。

Abstract:The essence of "Three Qian’s Questions" is the earnest concern for the cultivation of innovative talents.The reform of China’s higher education should meet the demands of new situation and answer the great masters’ questions.It should acquire an understanding of the requirements of the education of creative talents,which is the focus of times,through the construction of university academic ecology environment construction as the possible breakthroughs,to formulate systems and mechanism of educators-running-schools,intellectuals-dominating-power and talents-to-be-found to promote the growth of the innovative talents.
