| 摘 要： | 城中村改造是城市化进程中的热点话题,其中主要涉及拆迁补偿和居民安置两个核心问题。保定市某城中村改造过程中制定了详细的补偿办法,不仅考虑了居民目前的生活而且考虑了居民的未来,虽然大多数居民接受了此项实施办法,但普遍认为还是存在诸多问题：居民对补偿标准的认识有差异;对补偿标准的兑现存在疑惑;居民担心未来生活质量。为此,需要多管齐下完善城中村居民的安置,包括完善征地补偿标准;丰富补偿内容;补偿与养老相结合;组织长线就业培训等等。
