| 摘 要： | 提高学生综合素质和竞争力是高等学校办学的根本。针对近三届中华女子学院毕业生和社会用人单位反映的问题，学院应不断深化人才培养模式，加强教学基本建设，改革教学管理，才能不断提高学生的综合素质和竞争力。

| Abstract: | Upgrading students' comprehensive competence and competitiveness is the basic orientation of a higher education institution.According to the analysis on the problems reflected from our graduates and feedbacks from their working units,we should continuously improve the talent cultivating model,enhance the teaching infrastructure,and reform the teaching management,so that students' comprehensive competence and competitiveness can be upgraded. |
