| 摘 要： | 中小学生应着重通过健康教育课达到二个深刻了解：吸烟的危害、烟草使用的法规。同时要在中小学师生之间开展双向的形式多样的控烟活动，辅之以社区和家庭控烟活动，才能创造出清洁卫生和谐的学校、社会、家庭环境。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author puts forwad the following views concerning the prevention of youngsters' smoking:(1)making the pupils and students deeply understand the harm of smoking and the statutes of the tobacco plant through the health education class;(2)carrying on the varied activities of smoking control among the teachers,students and pupils and in the communities and in the families so as to create a clean and harmonious environment of the schools,families and society. |
