| 摘 要： | 高等院校人事档案管理工作是高校人事工作的重要组成部分,干部人事档案记载了个人的德、能、勤、绩,是人才信息的缩影。高校人事档案在学校人事管理工作以学校发展中起着举足轻重的作用,随着社会信息不断扩展,人事制度改革的深化,人事档案管理必须更加规范化。
