| Abstract: | Developing actively the enterprise groups with a system of company is an objective demand of establishing a modern enterprise system. There exists a relation and a difference between group and non group companies. The right consideration of differences between group and non group enterprise companies is helpful for us to carry forward the reformation of a group enterprise company and it leads the most effective form of enterprise company. |
