| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyzes some inner party factors, such as the leadership system, the supervision mechanism, the interests gaining group, and the variation of the leaders' political conviction to dig up the root in leadership of the Communist Party of the former Soviet Union losing its ruling status, from which our Party can draw a lesson for constructing itself as a political party with even more vitality and vigor. |
