| 摘 要： | 劳务派遣作为一种新的用工形式,其优点是可以节约成本、人事管理便捷、避免人才流失,可转移企业的风险.存在的问题是就业稳定性差、非法派遣问题突出、派遣劳动者与正职劳动者待遇不公平、雇主责任不明、劳动者权益缺乏保护.我国的劳务派遣法律构建要从各方面进行明确、准确地界定.
