| 摘 要： | 在加罗法洛所处的时代,自然科学得到了空前的发展,被广泛地应用于社会的各个方面。古典主义的犯罪学研究已经就不能很好地解决实践中的所出现的各种问题。在这种背景下,加罗法洛超越了传统的犯罪的法律概念,建立了犯罪的社会概念,以此为基础建构了自然犯罪理论,对犯罪学作出了贡献。

| Abstract: | Garofalo was one of the famous criminologists in Italy.In Garofalo'times,natural science was developed unprecedentedly and used widely in all aspects of society.Howerver,classical study of crime could not apply well to various issues.In this situation,Garofalo went beyond the traditional concept of crime,established the concept of social crime and the natural theory of crime,and thus,made great contribution to criminology. |
