| 摘 要： | 产权与国家的规范性关系可通过权利两面性的政治哲学命题而抽象为C =n(n-1 )与C′=2n之间的比较关系 ,并由此导致国家内部结构的分化 ,而分化出来的行政与代议机构之间的关系又受制于A∶R =I1∶I2 =I∶I=1与A∶R =(I+P)∶I。

| Abstract: | By abstracting the political philosophical proposition of the duality of rights,the standardized relationship between property rights and the state can be expressed as a comparative relation between C=n(n=1)and C′=2n,thereby leading to the internal differentiation within the state, and the relationship between administration and parliamentary system thus differentiated is under the control of A∶R=1 I∶1 2=1 and A∶R=(1+P)∶1. |
