| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the service and guidance of governments,which play an important part in the agricultural structure adjustment by technological progress.And it is suggested that governments establish and perfect the agricultural high-technology property policy system,strengthen the research and extension of agricultural high-tech,serve and support the extension of agricultural high-tech,and accelerate the resource integration with integral advantage. |
