| 摘 要： | 社会要现代化,人格就必须现代化。当代青少年只有坚持服从集体、尊重个人、讲究道义、倡导诚信、崇尚勤俭的道德价值取向,并将顺从与主动、和谐与竞争、守成与创新、内省与开放等人格特质有机地结合起来,才能有效地完成自身的现代人格建构,适应经济全球化和知识经济社会发展的需要。
