| Abstract: | Documents are the predecessor of files,whereas files are the cream of documents.As two close-linked and interactive subsidiary systems in the same information system in offices,document management and file management share the organization and the control of the life processes of document.And hence the filing quality of the file clerk is of vital importance. |
