职业院校大学生人际关系现状调查及分析

本文通过问卷调查得到如下结论：30％被试者的总体人际关系表现为一般或差，70％被试者的总体人际关系表现为和谐。高低年级的学生在总体入际关系、宿舍人际关系、异性人际关系、家人人际关系四方面存在非常显著性差异（P=0．000）；在一般同学人际关系上无显著性差异（P=0．320）；在师生人际关系上存在显著性差（P=0．020）。人际关系的五个维度存在非常显著性差异（P=0．000）；被试者与一般同学的人际关系最为和谐，师生人际关系最不和谐。女生在总体人际关系和人际关系五个维度上均好于男生。非独生子女在总体人际关系和人际关系五个维度上均好于独生子女。通过此调查，在分析结果的基础上，达到把握职业院校大学生人际关系的现状，促进职业院校大学生人际关系发展的目的。

Investigation and Research of Interpersonal Relations among Students in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities
