| 摘 要： | "山西省煤矿装备研究生教育创新中心"2007年成立以来,取得了长足的进步。其得到快速发展的外部支持与内部驱动,是事物运动发展的两个重要方面。政府的政策完善、资金与政策的保障支持是"中心"发展的重要保证,企业需求、学校需求、学科需求、导师需求和研究生需求等是"中心"发展的根本动力。

| Abstract: | Shanxi coal mine equipment graduate education innovation center,established in 2007,has made encouraging progress.This paper has made an analysis of the reason why it has developed so fast.The external motivating force is government’s policy and financial support,the internal motivating force is various internal development needs from enterprises,universities,majors,graduate student tutors and graduate students. |
