高校信息公开初探

随着《政府信息公开条例》的实施,高校信息公开也受到越来越多的关注。作为国家信息公开体系重要组成部分的高校信息公开,其有效实施有利于公民知情权的实现,有利于高校的有效治理,有利于我国信息公开整体制度的推进和发展。但目前高校信息公开无论是在公开意识、公开范围还是责任监督机制方面都存在问题,只有对这些问题予以完善,才能从根本上促进高校信息公开的发展。

A Study of Information Opening in Universities

With the implementation of government information opening regulations,information opening in universities has also earned more and more attention.As an important part of government information opening system,the effective implementation of it will help the realization of the public right to know,the effective governance of universities and the development of the overall system of our country government information opening.However,there are many problems in the information opening in universities,in the sense,scope,responsibility and supervision system,only with improving these issues,it is capable to promote the development of information opening in universities.
