| 摘 要： | 运用2009年中国省域截面数据,采用空间计量经济学模型,对人才聚集创新效应进行了空间计量分析。结果表明,中国31个省域之间创新效应存在着较强的空间相关性;人才聚集效应中知识溢出效应、规模效应对创新效应有正向的推动作用,而集体学习效应、激励效应与时间效应则对创新效应有负向作用,信息共享效应与区域效应的作用效果较为复杂,无法判断。此结论对省域创新提升有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | The article analizes talent accumulation innovation effect,using the 2009 provinces section data in China and the spatial econometric model.The results indicated that,there is strong spatial innovation effect correlation among the 31 provinces in 2009.Knowledge spillover and scale effect play position role in innovation effect.However,collective learning effect,incentive effect and time effect of innovation have negative effect.The influence of information sharing effect and regional effect is relatively complex,we can’t judge.The conclusion can guide provincial innovative ascension. |
