| 摘 要： | 投资低碳旅游项目已经成为政府、企业甚至个人关注的热点。低碳旅游项目的投资具有风险性大的特点，投资不当会给投资商造成巨大的经济损失。对低碳旅游项目投资风险的综合评价进行探讨，建立评价低碳旅游项目投资风险的层次模型，并运用层次分析法与灰色关联法相结合的方法，对低碳旅游项目投资风险进行综合评价，确定各种投资方案风险的大小，降低投资商的盲目性，提高投资决策的科学性。
