| 摘 要： | 西部大开发中的重点基础设施──渝怀铁路的修建带来黔江开发区新的历史机遇。铁路修建期间主要通过对投资需求的影响，从而拉动经济的增长；铁路贯通后，通过影响总供给，即为黔江开发区名次产业升级创造了条件．再通过经济规律的内在联系影响总需求，这样总供给、总需求的变化带动了黔江开发区经济的增长；并针对不同情况，提出了应对措施。

| Abstract: | The construction of Yu-Huai railway, Ihe key basic establishment of West China development, brings Qianjiang Development Area a new historic chance. During the construction, it mainly affects the investment needs and pulls the local economy increasing. After the railway puts into use, it will affect the total supply and create many chances for the industrial upgrade of QDA. Then it will affect the total needs by the internal relation of economic rule. The changes of the total supply and the total needs drives the economic development of QDA. Aiming at the different situations, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
