| 摘 要： | 依据知识产权质押担保的法律原理及我国现行法律规定,梳理我国其他行业实行知识产权质押担保的最新实践经验,对陶瓷行业的知识产权质押所面临问题,提出了在知识产权价值评估、企业信用评级、提存、反担保等方面的完善建议,探讨政府、银行在运用知识产权质押担保中应发挥的作用。
