| 摘 要： | 创业教育就是要培养学生的创业素质。大学生创业素质的培养应从知识、精神、能力三个方面同步进行、全面发展，而其中“精神”的培育则是创业教育的核心内容，它本质包含着探寻自然、求真的科学精神与探寻人世、求善的人文精神：两者交融互补，保证了人类实践发展的正确取向和成功，是创业者开拓事业、不断发展的动力与源泉。科学精神与人文精神的结合与培育是当代大学创业教育的主旋律。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate the pioneering spirit, students should be educated in three respects: knowledge, spirit and ability. And the spiritual cultivation is the most important. It involves cultivation of both the scientific spirit and the humanistic spirit. The former means exploring the natural world and seeking truth while the latter probing the human world and pursuing goodness. The complementary combination of the two, which ensures a right direction and success of human practice, will be the driving force and the source of the unceasing development of the pioneer's undertaking and so it should be the central task in cultivation of the pioneering spirit. |
