教学模式中的教学动力探析

摘    要:教学动力的组成性质及特点由教学过程的本质所决定,而教学过程总是在教学模式下运行。以反映为核心的传统教学模式和以经验为核心的现代教学模式中,教学动力以二元对立为特征,内部动力与外部动力、教的动力与学习动力之间片面发展、顾此失彼;以体验为核心的教学过程审美模式充分挖掘蕴藏在教学活动本身中的"即时"动力,使教的动力和学习动力共生共长、相依相存,使教与学双方的外部动力和"延时"动力都自然地融入了内部动力和"即时"动力中。

Teaching Motive Exploring and Analyzing in Teaching Mode

Abstract:The features of structure of teaching motive are decided by the essence of teaching process while the teaching process always works in the teaching mode. Both the traditional teaching mode that takes reflection as its core and the modern teaching mode that puts experience as its core have the feature of binary opposition. There exists one-sided development between the internal motivation and external impetus and the teaching dynamic and learning motivation. So we always attend to one side while neglecting the other.The mode of aesthetic appreciation in teaching process that the experience is its core fully explores the "immediate dynamic" that is contained in the teaching activity, then the teaching motive and learning impetus are retentive to each other.At the same time, the "external dynamic"and "sustainable dynamic" in both teaching and learning activity are naturally merged into their "internal dynamic" and "immediate dynamic".
