新入校大学生乙型肝炎病毒感染情况分析

2004-2008年某高校所有入校新生进行了乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）和肝功能（ALT）检测。并对HBsAg阳性者进行了HBV的5项血清标志物模式检测．检测结果如下：本科新生HBsAg的总检出率为13．5％，HBsAg阳性伴ALT阳性率为0．23％；硕士研究生和专升本学生HBsAg的总检出率为10．0％，HBsAg阳性伴ALT阳性率为0．19％．两者的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．该结果表明新入校大学生乙肝病毒的感染率较高。积极地采取相应的干预措施是预防和控制乙肝病毒感染的重要手段与途径．

Analysis on Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Infection in Freshmen

The freshmen of the university during the year of 2004 to 2008 were examined for Hepatitis B virus （HBV） and liver function test such as alanine amiotransferase （ALT）. The results are as follows： The general detecting rate was 13.5 percent,while the positive subjects with HBsAg and ALT were 0.23 percent in undergraduates;and the general detecting rate was 10.0 percent in graduates and the other undergraduates. There was a significant difference between the both （p value less than 0.05）. It is concluded that the infection rates with HBV are generally higher in the freshmen through examination. Therefore,it is an important hint for us taking accordingly action to prevent and control HBV infection.
