| Abstract: | Translation of English for Science and Technology is a complicated and creative reproduction process,which requires the translator to have well-knit professional knowledge and a good command of both Chinese and English languages, and make flexible use of his professional and linguistic knowledge.This article analyzes the choice and determination of word meanings in EST translation from an angle of the characteristics of its word meanings. |
