论宏观调控法对区域经济发展的科学调整

近年来,我国加大了对区域经济发展的调控力度,体现出区域经济发展问题的紧迫性和重要性。文章在辨析区域经济发展和宏观经济调控关系的基础上,分析了我国宏观调控法的定位与区域经济调控法的关系,就我国宏观调控法对区域经济发展科学调整所涉及的合理确定宏观调控法与区域经济调控法的界限,合理确认区域经济协调中宏观调控与区域调控的职责范围,将跨地区区域经济合作纳入宏观调控法的范畴,以及确认与规范区域经济调控中的地方利益等问题进行了探讨,提出了自己的观点。

On the Scientific Adjustment of Macro - regulation Law to the Regional- economy Development

In recent years, our nation has strengthened the regulation of regional economy which embodies the urgency and importance of the development of regional economy. The article analyzes the relationship between the localization of national macro-regulation law and regional-economy control law on the basis of differentiating the relation of the development of regional economy and macro-regulation and it also introduces that scientific adjustment of national macro-regulation law to the development of regional economy should pay attention to how to make clear the difference between macro-regulation law and regional-economy regulation law,how to affirm properly the responsibility dimension of macro-regulation and regional-economy regulation in the coordination of regional-economy,how to direct the kind of economy cooperation of regional-economy into the extent of macro-regulation law and how to confirm and regulate the local benefit in the regional-economy regulation.
