| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园是培养高素质人才的需要，是高校自身科学发展的必然要求。本文采用访谈和问卷调查的方法对曲靖师范学院和谐校园建设的现状进行了调查，针对和谐校园建设中存在的主要问题和矛盾，提出了建设和谐校园的意见和建议。
