| 摘 要： | "以人为本"是科学发展观的核心,是构建社会主义和谐社会的归宿和宗旨。落实"以人为本"不能停留于"话语"层面,而要在实践的高度上认识和把握。这就需要强化三种理念。一是反思的理念,运用正确的哲学思维反思走过的道路,更好地落实"以人为本";二是创新的理念,"以人为本"既不同于古代的以民为本,又不同于西方的人本主义,一旦离开创新就无从谈"以人为本";三是系统的理念,只有更好地掌握马克思的"社会有机体"、社会需要和全面生产理论,才能"以人为本",促进人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Human orientation is the core of scientific development and the end of constructing harmonious socialist society.In practice,we should emphasize three ideologies,namely,philosophical reflection,innovation and systematic analysis.Only by adopting the three ways to realize human orientation,can the all-round development of human beings be achieved. |
