| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育投资主体多元化,是高等教育发展形势的客观要求,也是我国高等教育投资体制改革的必然选择。高等教育多元投资体制的建立,要从不同投资主体出发,明确投资主体与机构,制定相应的政策与规范,并将其有效衔接、整合,最终形成一整套完备的高等教育多元投资体制。

| Abstract: | Multiplicity of the investment body of Chinese higher education are both the objective requirement of the development of higher education and the necessary choice of multi-dimensional investment system.Establishment of new investment system needs to consider different investment bodies,set down relative policies and regulations and make an effective link and integration of them to eventually form a whole set of multi-dimensional investment system of Chinese higher education. |
