村民自治视野下边远地区农村白族妇女的政治参与研究——以云南省大理白族自治州云龙县诺邓镇诺邓村为例

以白族妇女为例，选取较具典型性的千年白族村——诺邓作为研究对象，并将其政治参与置于村民自治的背景下进行分析，可发现，边远地区农村白族妇女政治参与的特征主要表现为参与意识较为淡漠、参与层次较低、参与形式较为单一等，且其参与深受社会经济、体制、文化和自身因素的影响，而欲完善其政治参与，则必须大力发展生产力、强化政府与妇联组织的引导与规范作用并建立健全相关的政治机制。

Research on Political Participation of Rural Bai-Nationality Women Living in Remote Regions in the Perspective of Villager Autonomy——Taking Nuodeng village as an Example

The main characteristics of political participation of rural Bai-nationality women living in the remote region include: the awareness of their participation is comparatively indifferent,the participation level is lower,and the form is relatively single and so on.Their political participation is affected by the social economy,system,culture and their own factors.To promote their political participation,we must make efforts to upgrade the productivity,strengthen the roles of government and women organizations in guiding and improving,set up and improve some relevant political institutions.
