| 摘 要： | 依据L-R模糊数和灰色关联决策的政府服务流程评价方法，将专家知识和经验以L-R模糊数形式进行定量分析，通过应用灰色关联决策理论计算各服务流程的关联度，从而确定不同服务流程之间的绩效优劣。该方法能够有效地提高政府服务流程绩效评估的准确性和合理性，为诊断和识别现有公共服务流程存在的问题、优化服务流程奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the evaluation method of government service process based on L-R fuzzy number and grey correlation theory.This method first uses the L-R fuzzy number to describe the expert knowledge and experience quantitatively,and then it uses the grey correlation theory to calculate the grey degree of the every process,which is used to determine the rank of the service processes.The method can effectively improve the accuracy and rationality of the performance evaluation of government service process,so as to identify and optimize the service process problems. |
