对丧偶老人同居现象的法律思考

At present,the phenomenon of the widowed old persons living together has become a kind of general phenomenon in China.It has been a social problem urgently to be solved.In fact,it is a hopeless choice for the widowed old persons to choose living together without legal marriage registration.It indicates the defect of existing legal system.The whole society should give great attention and treat it correctly.To construct harmonious society,our country should set up legal system for widowed old persons living together as the effective supplement of the legal system.
