| Abstract: | As a newly developed outlook of diplomacy and a mechanism for cooperation in a rapidly globalizing world,multilateral diplomacy is enjoying increasing attention in the international community.Based on the perspective of multilateralism,this paper discusses India＇s Look East Policy and the progress of India-ASEAN multilateral relations and the construction of multilateral cooperative mechanism between the two. |
