| 摘 要： | 政企分开和电力市场化改革,供电企业原有的经营模式受到严重挑战。本文通过分析供电企业的特点建立了供电企业的价值链模型,按照价值链对业务流程进行分析,找出供电企业业务流程中存在的问题,给出相应的改进建议,以便于供电企业更好地适应市场竞争。

| Abstract: | With the separation of government and enterprise and the reform of electricity market,the traditional management pattern of the power supply companies has been severely challenged.The paper brings forward the value chain model of the power supply companies by analyzing their characteristics.The existing problem of the supply companies is found through decomposing the business process of value increment parts.And the corresponding improvement advices are provided so that the power supply companies could better adapt to the market and consequently enhance the competitive ability. |
