| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育系统存在自组织方式,然而在过去长期的思想政治教育中,却存在重被组织方式而轻自组织方式的倾向,扼杀了思想政治教育系统的活力,削弱了思想政治教育的实效性。因此,应当借鉴自组织理论,加强对思想政治教育系统组织方式的研究,在实践中坚持被组织与自组织方式的有机统一,提高对思想政治教育实践的有效指导。

| Abstract: | There exists self-organization in the system of thoughtful and political education.In which of the past time,the by-organization but not self-organization is recognized,which snuffs out the activity of thoughtful and political education system and weakens its actual effect.Thereby,we should use the theory of self-organization to strengthen the research on organization form in the thoughtful and political education system,and to persist in the organic unity of by-organization and self-organization in order to improve the effective direction on thoughtful and political education. |
