| 摘 要： | 基于产权学说、交易费用学说的企业理论、马克思的企业理论以及西方经济学中的企业家理论,探讨了创业社会网络产生的理论根源、内在机理以及存在的观点差异,指出西方企业理论对于指导和完善创业社会网络实践具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the enterprises theory based on property right theory and transaction cost theory,Marx's enterprise theory and entrepreneur theory in Western economics,discusses the theory origination,existence mechanism and different opinions on start-up social network and points out that it is important for western enterprise theory to conduct and implement the practice of start-up social network. |
