| 摘 要： | 基于第二次全国农业普查所提供的截面数据的实证研究发现，劳动力与多种农业技术的有机结合对农业产出具有显著的促进作用。为了进一步提高农业产出水平，合理地搭配各农业技术要素是非常重要的。如果各农业技术要素的配置不合理，其与劳动力的结合不会对农业产出水平的提高产生显著影响。因此，农业技术合理配置与劳动力的有机结合是促进我国农业增长的决定因素。
