从传统文化视角解析大学生法律信仰缺失

法律不被信仰是一个世界性的现象。我国当代大学生法律信仰缺失是一个严肃的社会问题。从传统文化视角解析大学生法律信仰缺失,主要缘于以道德手段为主的社会调控模式,削弱了大学生对于法律的信赖感,"刑"与"法"概念的混淆降低了大学生对法律的亲切感等。从根本上认清大学生法律信仰缺失的历史原因与文化背景,对于有针对性地培育大学生的法律信仰具有积极意义。

On the Lack of Legal Faith among College Students from the Angle of Traditional Culture

Disbelief in law is a worldwide phenomenon. Similarly,there being a serious lack of legal faith among Chinese contemporary college students turns out to be a serious social problem.From the angle of traditional culture,the chief reason to the phenomeno lies in that the social adjustment model,mainly achieved by moral means,greatly weakens the students′ trust of law,and the confusion of ＂penalty＂ and ＂law＂ keeps them far from feeling warm toward law.Therefore,to fully acknowledge the historical reasons as well as the cultural background for the lack of belief may be of positive help in the cultivation of their faith in law.
