社会工作视阈中的新生代农民工社区融入问题探析

社区是一个重要的社会结构,是农民工融入城市的社会化组织载体,更是解决新生代农民工城市融入困难的重要突破口。促进新生代农民工尽早尽快融入城市生活,既是加强和创新社会管理、深化和谐社区建设的重要任务,也是维护社会公平正义、构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要。全面分析、评估新生代农民工社区融入优势及困境,从情感融入和行为融入两个方面,结合社会工作专业理念、方法提出自觉融入和组织融入的建议,以期有效推动新生代农民工顺利融入城市社区,共享城市文明。

The Community Integration of the New Generation of Immigrant Workers from the Perspective of Social Work

As an important social structure,community is a carrier of socialized organization by means of which the immigrant workers of the new generation can get merged into the city,and more importantly,it is also a breach for their integration into the city.To help the immigrant workers merge into city life as soon as possible is not only the mission in terms of improving and innovating social management,and deepening the building of harmonious communities,but also the urgent need of safeguarding the social fairness and justice,and constructing the harmonious socialist society.In this article,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation about the advantages and predicaments of the integration of immigrant workers are made from two respects,emotional and behavioural,and some suggestions are put forward centering on the combination with some professional ideas and methods in social work,hoping to effectively get those workers merge into city life and have a share in city civilization.
