陕西省农村妇女向非农产业转移的思考

改革开放后,陕西农村现代化得以迅速发展,广大农村女性也走出了封闭与困境,同千百万农村大军一道,参与到生产劳动和经济活动中来,迅速地向非农产业转移。然而从现状看,陕西省农村妇女向非农产业转移还面临着诸多困难,仍处于劣势地位。究其原因,主要是受陕西地理、人文、社会经济、农村妇女的文化素质、自身素质以及“从众心理”等因素的影响。要加快陕西省农村妇女向非农产业转移的进程,需要政府、个人、社会团体的共同努力。

A Ponder on Turning the Rural Female Labour Forces of Shanxi Province into Non-agricultural Employment

Since the reform and open policy,Shan xi's agricultural modernization has been rapidly developing.The general rural women are going out of the close and difficult position,with millions of other rural male labour forces together,participating in the productive labor,the economic activity of non-agricultural industry.However,looked at from the present situation Shan Xi's rural women are still facing many difficulties in the course of shift to non-agricultural industry,still at the inferiority position.As for its reasons,it is mainly because Shan xi's geography,humanities,social economy,and the rural women's low cultural quality as well.To speed up the shift to non-agricultural industry,the government,individual and social groups' joint effort is extremely necessary.
