高校新生的学习适应问题和辅导员工作对策

学习适应是高校新生的环境适应问题之一。在高校扩招背景下,高校新生在进入大学学习之后存在着学习兴趣不高、业余学习时间投入不足、没有明确目标、缺乏学习自我评价能力、影响学习的干扰因素过多、对教学方式的不适应和因不喜欢专业带来的厌学情绪等问题,为此,高校辅导员应在高校新生学习适应中采取相应的对策。

Study Adaptation Problems of College Freshman and Countermeasures of Advisor's Work

Study adaptation is one of the environmental adaptation problems for the college freshman.In this paper the main features and study adaptation problems of the freshman are analyzed in the background of increasing enrollment of high education in China.The specific phenomena include the lack of interests,few spare-time for self-studying,no specific objects on studying,lack of self studying assessment ability,more external factors disturbing study,not well adaptation to college teaching method and the dislike of studying major.On the basis of the work experiences as a college advisor,the countermeasures for solving the problems of freshman study adaptation is discussed.
