中国过度教育现象的理论分析

摘    要:从20世纪末期以来,随着中国高等教育大众化进程的加快,高等教育规模得到迅速扩张,越来越多受过高等教育的劳动力涌入市场,大学毕业生就业难问题日益突出,很多毕业生从事了与自己学历不匹配的工作,教育技能不能被充分利用,毕业生的经济地位相对下降,教育的经济价值受到挑战。为此,笔者借助西方的过度教育理论解释中国的过度教育现象。

Abstract:Since last phase of 20 centuries,along with the popularizing progress with higher education in China,the higher education scale has enlarged quickly,more and more labor forces with higher education have flowed out into the market,and the problem of graduate employment has been increasingly difficult.A lot of graduates engaged in work unmatched with their educational background,their education skills could not fully make use,the economic position of them has descended opposite to the past.Educational economy value has subjected to the challenge.This paper tries to explain the phenomenon of over-education in China that asks for help from the theories of over-education in west.
