| 摘 要： | 中国风险投资退出机制存在一定的问题,从而严重制约风险投资资本的变现退出行为,这在一定程度上打击了风险资本的积极性,中国风险投资业务的发展也难以维持.针对这种情况,从考虑解决风险投资退出机制存在的问题出发,提出完善中国风险投资退出机制的对策,以推动中国风险投资业务的发展.

| Abstract: | There are problems in China's venture capital's retreat mechanism,and they restrict the retreat of venture capital's investment.It shocks the investor and it is hard to maintain the development of China's venture capital.Based on the above cases,starting from solving the problems of venture capital's retreat mechanism,the paper put forward some countermeasures to perfect China's venture capital's retreat mechanism,thereby make China's venture capital develop better and better. |
