| 摘 要： | 清末立宪在我国的法制史上具有非同寻常的意义,它开启了中国法制近代化的大门。虽然,清末立宪是在后人的眼中看来这是一次屈辱的法律变革,是一场失败的尝试,但是它却留给后人无尽的思考,当今我国的宪政建设依然可以从中得到启发。

| Abstract: | Constitution is of extraordinary significance in the history of Chinese legal system in the late Qing Dynasty.It opens the door to legal modernization in China.Although the constitution in late Qing Dynasty is a humiliation of legal change and a failure in the eyes of posterity,it left endless thinking to descendants.Today our constitutional construction can still get inspiration from it. |
