动力与次序双重视角下我国政治现代化的内在逻辑演进探析

改革开放以来我国的经济现代化的飞速发展,未能推动政治现代化的实质性变革。基于政治现代化动力与次序的双重视角,我国政治现代化的内在逻辑困境宏观表现为：现代市场经济＂量＂的激增未能引发＂质＂的跨越,造成公民社会发育的缓慢,致使政治现代化内部原初动力的不足与外部推手的缺位;微观表现为：市场经济准则未能升华为现代社会的行为规范与政治价值的基本内核,加之传统政治观念的根深蒂固,致使政治现代化的内在＂软动力＂缺失。简言之,动力不足、推手缺位及观念禁锢等因素,制约着我国政治现代化的进程。

On the Intrinsic Logic Evolution of Political Modernization in China under the double Perspectives of Power and Order

China’s economic modernization has made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening policy,but it makes no substantial changes to political modernization.Based on the dual perspectives of power and order,the paper aims to show that the predicament of intrinsic logic of political modernization as follows:in the macroscopic aspect,the development of "quantity" of modern market economy doesn’t bright about the changes of "quality",it leads to the slowness of civil society development and the insufficiency of internal original power and the absence of the external prompter in political modernization.And in microcosmic aspect,principle of market economy does not be elevated to norms of modern society and the core values of politics,combined with the deep-rooted tradition of political ideas,resulted in the missing of internal "soft power" of political modernization.In short,the reasons of the internal logic of the plight of political modernization in China are: the absence of motivation,pushing hands,and the detention of concept and so on.
